Terms

LAST UPDATED · 2026

By downloading or using movebook, or using this site, you agree to these terms. The short version: this is exercise, exercise carries risk, and you do it at your own risk. If that doesn't work for you, don't use movebook.

Not medical advice

Nothing in the app or on this site is medical advice. The plan in the app comes from your trainer or physical therapist; movebook carries it and keeps your record, it does not write it. Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise routine, especially if you have a relevant medical condition, are pregnant, or haven't exercised in a while.

You train at your own risk

Injuries are an inherent risk of physical activity, and you assume that risk entirely. Progress gradually, stop if something hurts, and don't train through pain. movebook never tells you to push past what your body allows; only you can judge that.

Your setup is your responsibility

movebook doesn't inspect your space, your surface, or wherever you prop your phone. Making sure your setup is safe is on you.

The mirror is best-effort

movebook uses the camera to draw your body position. It works well, but computer vision isn't perfect: lighting, framing, clothing, and camera angle can affect what it sees. The overlay is a view, not a verdict, and never a diagnosis.

No warranty

movebook is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Movebook LLC is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the app or this site.
