I don't have an invite code

Your trainer or physical therapist gives you one. It connects the app to the plan they wrote for you. There is no account to make.

The mirror doesn't see me

Prop the phone up so your whole body is in frame, with the light in front of you rather than behind. The overlay draws once it can see your hips and shoulders.

Where are my recordings?

On your phone, inside the app. They go to Photos only if you chose to save a copy on the save screen.

How do I delete everything?

Delete the app. Nothing of yours is stored anywhere else.
